If an organization has an "equity specialist", it's advocating CRT. It's laughable they continue to deny pushing their "America is fundamentally racist" message when it's shouted to everyone at every opportunity.
when we get into these conversations, it gets so hard that they many times either they just don’t want to listen to it or ... would just rather not deal with it
Disregarding these theories as incoherent and unsupported by any factual basis whatsoever is not the same as "it's too hard". I suspect that if anyone would rather not deal with it, it's you anytime the word epistemology is brought up in conversation.
