Agree, the article is incomplete and does not address the WHO holds the note, WHO gave the note. and WHO actually pays. So if USAID was paying mortgages, that shutdown long enough ago that legal foreclosure is likely right now.

My neighbor had to move out of his manufactured home because the jew private equity firm that owns the land keeps raising rents.
