I've been trying to think of shit that I'll need in the foreseeable future and have been buying it now instead of waiting. Probably a waste but it's not like shoes or toothbrushes go bad. Electronics is going to be a pain both personally and at work. I know a ton of it comes from Taiwan, but a lot also comes from China or is finished there. That said I think this tariff rollout was stupid. They should have given a firm deadline so that companies could spin up production here first. You can't open a factory overnight.
