If Trump allows the top end to go back to 39.6 then Social Security and Medicare need to be raised as well. 8% for Social Security on both sides so 16% and 3% for Medicare on both sides so 6%. The wage base needs to be removed as well for Social Security.

Trump has already said he wants to stop taxing social security benefits but I'll believe it when I see it.

I don't mind being mugged by a nigger and having my money stolen from me, I just have a problem with the nigger spending the stolen money on drugs and hookers instead of on food and clothing.
