I have started to see prices rise subtly.
Bottled Water is almost nowhere to be found (in my area)? Not a necessity to some, but in some areas they need bottled water (Flint, MI).
Other than that I haven't really noticed any shortages yet.
Like you said though. It's mostly obscure things that most people don't notice right away.
