Oh shit what if you just described me and my list of requirements (wholesome, young, healthy, Aryan from a good family) as a excuse for my loneliness?

Well, sorta. Your expectations aren't unrealistic, they're simply natural. The problem is, we're currently living in an unnatural world. In a natural world, you wouldn't have this problem. Would you be capable of dating a smokin' hot 10/10 qt3.14, as a bald, frumpy, 43yo? Maybe if you're a billionaire. However, I'd strive to be healthy, fit, and demonstrate self-sufficiency and strength, in my day-to-day life, if I were to feel deserving of such a woman. I'd actually be disappointed in a girl, if she were into me because I was a broke, sad, loser who keeps making excuses for himself.

I don't know if we only live one life, but I do know that this is the only time I'll get to live this life. Why sit around crying about it? Worst case, you focus on yourself for a few years, until you get your shit together, and then go from there. Be the change you want to see in the world.
