Though I have to say I'm not against the market or in favor of central planning in the soviet sense, it is clear to me that corporate capitalism will corrupt and consume democracy at every level, the two cannot co-exist without destroying the country or her people. Regulatory capture is the heart and soul of the problem but that's not all. Social media is manipulating/datamining the electorate for profit. Big pharma runs the medical regulatory system. The military industrial complex makes a fortune on perpetual war for Israel. The MSM and big data literally executed a coupe d'etat just a few months ago... and that's just the stuff I would rattle off 3 beers in without taking a breath. I could go on. Point being we are on the perpetual inflation treadmill, the productive are being robbed at gunpoint, our culture is being boiled down to a tasteless consumerist gruel and here you are sign waving for the pie in the sky concept of capitolism, while multinational mega corporations lead the charge to push cyberpunk tier degeneracy on kids in service to the almighty stock ticker.
