It won't be 15 months. It will be perpetual until most people are completely dependent on corporate hand outs. Only after that, the "free" money will be taken away.

Here is UBI, phase 1. Because the plandemic won't ever end, corporations are going to ramp up UBI until 90% of Americans receive "assistance". Make no mistake, this is not assistance but a proxy for full blown corporate dependency. Otherwise known as corporate feudalism. Once that phase is complete, the money will be taken away. Then the population is trapped. They have no skills to live on their own. The problem then is the population has nothing to lose and it becomes very dangerous.
