Capitalism is not a political ideology. Capitalism is the means of making capitol. The oldest form of Capitalism is Blackmail and Extortion. The most successful form of Capitalism is Human Trafficking and Collective Bargaining (of said slaves or labor enforcers). This is how a Dictator like Mussolini can be called a Capitalist. He used the Guild (organized labor) and rigid price controls to take over Nationalized Industry (in effect due to WW one). Italy's Black Shirts were puppets of the Guild and Unionist who became Labor Enforcers and took over leadership. Adolf Brown Shirts were mostly Unionist and public servants (who became Unionized through laws). This is how his party rigged the vote. Controlling labor is how Dictators become successful Capitalist. The enemy of a Capitalist is a Free Market and balanced laws.
