Take all assets of companies that have received bailouts or money from the fed, and all C-level executives, and board members. Liquidate them and pay checks out to all citizens. I'm such a believer in capitalism I know replacement companies will satisfy their function in the market pretty quickly (this time without bailouts).

I honestly don't think this would be the worst way to deal with it, as long as government and business stay separate. If we don't have enough jobs for everyone here no immigration until we do.
