TBH alcohol levels don't mean anything. .08 to Ashley Olsen was never going to be the same thing as .08 to Shaq. Only real solution is to not be a cunt and drive mostly sober. A beer or two w/ dinner doesn't make you a bad person... unless you weigh 70 pounds.
last time i got pinched i was a .089, lawyer got it down to a careless driving charge. but on my licence its list as a dui. And btw, i passed all the field sobriety tests, just not the breathalyzer.
you can get a DUI if you are high and fail field sobriety. The same with any drug. Fuck, even if drowsy, and a cop pulls you over he can say you are not fit to drive. You have ZERO rights in a vehicle, i dont care what these hippies think.
did you know you can even be held if even under .08 BAC? officer discresrection, criminally you'l be fine... but they will hold you and impound your ride if they think you are a danger to others. Happens quite a bit
