The vast majority of long term care facility deaths are due to "med errors". Ex. They gave your parent, grandparent, so, etc... something that would kill them because they are either so understaffed they are on 40+ hour shifts, they don't give a fuck or in some cases they intentionally want to kill people.
If anyone you care about is in LTC, keep a eye on exactly what they are giving them, when and how much.
Drugs are bad. Ok? Don't take 'em.
