Heroine, Fentanyl, and other Opioids. With maybe ~1% being methamphetamine. I'm not so sure it's the "decriminalization" that's causing broken OD records. It's probably more along the lines of availability and ease of access. Not to mention the rise in black and immigrant populations in BC. Decriminalization just makes it more public.

Lots of Countries have decriminalized drugs with great success. Disease and overdoses down across the board. I guess BC is the anomaly.

Regarding what drugs for these countries? (just saw your edit)

I already know weed is legal in the Netherlands (can't smoke outdoor though), that's why arabs/sand-niggers related crimes skyrocketed when they did legalized weed.

That's not what you may call a great success.
