Ivan's post sort-of reminded me of this, and didn't realize there was a relevant sub on here. Wondering if anyone's had anything similar happen to them: I've found that I'm always being observed by two entities, who always blend in to my dreams as random characters trying to control what happens. Certain places are absolutely off-limits, and all sorts of evil shit happens to prevent me from proceeding. Those two characters always look different, but when lucid: can always sense that it's them due to the "energy" they put off. Not sure what that's about; maybe I absorbed two siblings in the womb and now they haunt me in my sleep. Every time I try to have a meta-conversation with them, they slink away or try to get me to wake up. *shrug*

That's using your mind's eye + intuition; not very many people can do that, so good for you. Not sure if you read that study where they found that most people don't actually "see" things in their head; they simply rely more on subconscious impulses and external stimulation than anything else. Akin to always being on auto-pilot. What I mean by "lucid," is "to realize that you're in a dream," as opposed to not. The way said dream characters behave changes once they realize that I know I'm in a dream. Since we're in a sub about dreaming: figured it'd be okay to short-hand the descriptor, as I'd assumed most people would know what was being referred to.

OK so you meant actual lucid dreaming, gotcha.

Stopped using fluoride about 20 years ago as it's known to calcify the pineal glad. I also threw my TV away and that has had just as much of an effect. In the last 5 years in particular, I've been "seeing" lots of things. Sometimes i see the future, but usually I see the past. But not in the way you might think. For example, about 30 years ago, I had this very striking little bag/case. I added some embellishments to it. It was a solid/hard case/bag and i laminated another material over it.

Fast forward 30 years. Not once in the past 3 decades had I ever remembered it, thought about it, or imagined it. Then one night, I saw it. Clearly. I thought "hey that's my bag from 1985!" I could see every little detail, for example, it had a white strap and one day i picked it up with grubby paws and left a kind of sticky hand print on the strap; i saw it clearly Not only that, i saw the original covering underneath the laminated covering i added.

What I have realised is that every single thing we experience in life gets "stored" and you can access all that information again if you know how.

Other times I see the future (this is rare though). You see good and bad stuff and some of the bad stuff you can't tell people because they won't believe you or will be annoyed with you.

I also "feel" what people are feeling. That part is a fucking curse. It's deeply draining. I walk down the street and see a random person and i can virtually see/feel all the pain they've ever experienced. It's distressing to say the least and I don't know how to get rid of it.

It can also be helpful in an indirect way. I was with someone I thought was a friend. On a particular day, I could feel a negative energy coming out of the person. I was confused because I couldn't reconcile the negative energy with the fact i thought this person was a friend. Felt it for 2 full days and on the 3rd day I found out this person had screwed me over in the worst possible way, I am talking life changing repercussions.

Are you familiar with the work of Richard Alan Miller? What he says is true "Inner space is infinitely more vast than outer space". There is a theory that your imagination is just as real as (what you think is) reality. They are just different dimensions of reality; both are real. That might explain how you can interact with entities knowing you are in a dream. It's real, it's just happening in a different dimension.
