First thing in the morning. I went upstairs in the new house to check out the master bedroom. First thing I noticed was it was too dark, because all the window shades were closed. I proceeded to open the blinds on first two, but on the third I just couldn't do it. It was like I couldn't quite see around that window. Even when I took a step back, I was just somehow cockeyed, and kind of dizzy even when I really really tried to study this window. Sort of like when you try to run in a dream and find yourself unable.

Then I realized I was dreaming. I had wanted to get out of bed downstairs and check out the master bedroom above, but my mind had tricked me because I was exhausted. Instead of actually getting out of bed and going, I had thought about going. But wait... isn't that a bit like astral projection? Now that I'm in this state, maybe I could astral project somewhere else too.

Or better yet, maybe I should get up, go upstairs, and see how accurate my projected vision is. That seemed cooler, so I did so.

The room had the same shape (a square) and the bed placement was the same, but the windows weren't even close. Thankfully there were a few more than in my dream and it wasn't as dark.

I was still dreaming, though. I don't have a house. Going upstairs to check was a dream, and being upstairs the first time was a dream within a dream.
