One dream I've had recently placed me in some kind of mini-mart. Discovered a Resident-Evil-type monster pursuing me. Looked like a man without skin, taller and stronger than me. Best I could do was grapple with him and break him off of me long enough to create enough distance to swing my weapon: a small palette knife. Occasionally I stabbed him in the arm/shoulder, but he didn't bleed. I finally managed to slash him across the throat and start running away before I woke up.
