Nearly died...

I found myself laying on a cold hard floor, bleeding out from multiple fatal stab wounds. I remember it was dark save for one small dim light shining over me. I have no idea how I got to that point, and (luckily?) I woke up before I died.

I once had a dream that SWAT kicked in the door and shot me right between the eyes, everything went instantly black, but I appeared outside the hospital GTA style, so despite thoughts to the contrary, it is possible to die in a dream.
