Had to put both of my dogs down about 2 years ago, within a month of each other. I'm glad we did it at home, but I still don't think I'm over it. I love piggy and madlad, but they can never replace the two we lost

I'm right there with you. We've had the vet come to our house twice now so our dogs can be as comfortable as possible.
