All my dogs throughout my life have been pound pups. Mixed breed dogs are all round healthier and make better pets. If he wanted to make a channel exposing and disrupting large breeding conglomerates, I could get behind that. Of the 4 gorillion views on his videos what percentage went out to adopt a shelter dog? I understand your reply, but it does not change the fact of who he is and what he does.

Simpscribe and like!!!

A. Do you have any proof that he has not given monetary contributions to the shelters? His videos already constitute a donation of time, which is more than most people give.

B. The animal that was adopted by someone who was inspired after watching his (or anyone who does similar content) video would disagree with your logic. By your logic, Steve Irwin was nothing but a TV icon who did nothing but profit from his escapades. Meanwhile, 20 years later, we have an entire generation of people who grew up and went into animal related professions directly because of his influence.

Set aside your hatred for jewtube and modern tiktok culture for a second, and look at the bigger picture of the situation. Animals have no voice. ANY publicity they can receive for their situations is good publicity.

Pitty party logic. Again the burden of proof is not on me. Show me these happily adopted animals that came directly from one of his videos. If there is one I GUARANTEE it's "on camera" on his "channel". Do you need videos to be aware of things? Seems low IQ to think so.

Nice try with flipping the burden of proof.

Again nice try. Steve Irwin had multiple real world JOBS that dealt directly with animals that were not televized. This guy does nothing that's not in front of a camera.

If you weren't part of that culture you'd have a different opinion.

What's that thing boomer haters say? Oh yeah they sat around watching TV while the country went to shit. Trade TV with youtube and feelings and you have the same fucking thing... Lol. I think you need a nice calming youtube meditation video to help you calm down.

Bro, I worked with animals for over a decade. I have a horse in the race (no pun intended). I can tell you that most (not all, but most) shelters run on thin budgets, so anyone who can get the word out for animals is better than donations in many cases. So you'll excuse me if I have strong opinions on this subject.

And I'm not "part of that culture". Quite the opposite actually. I've never even visited Tiktok before. I'm just speaking from experience in the subject. When I did volunteer work, it was prior to the video generation. Sitting out in stores, or city halls, or parks trying to get people to adopt an older dog, or cat with HPV over the cute kittens and puppies, or working with the abandoned purse dogs that require a lot of work to become good pets that don't snap and aren't food aggressive.

I will stand on the hill of my option on this matter: Regardless of his potential ulterior motives, the good it does for the animals is worth it.
