A word to new dog owners -- puppies will eat *anything*. They need to be watched constantly, so that they don't swallow something, like rope or yarn, that will bind up their intestinal tract and kill them. Do not -- repeat -- do not give them toys to play with that can come apart, or toys they can chew on and swallow parts of. It will kill them. This is no joke, watch what you let your puppy chew on.
