Treat him well and he will be the most loyal person in your life.
We picked up a dog from the shelter who was under-nourished, short for his breed, skeletal looking with scabs and scratch marks on him. They wouldn't tell us where he came from but there was a news story of a huge dig-fighting ring bust a couple weeks before we got him.
He's been nothing but a playful, loyal, treat-gobbling, happy dog enjoying the big yard and lazy-day naps on his bed. Nearly a decade later and he's having painful problems with his hips, we have the vet appt scheduled.
Oh he is, only problem is when I let him inside he doesnt leave me alone,
Ah, yeah, you can train him out of that habit.
And then one day itll maul a kid.... Ex fighting dogs are nice until they arent. You juat need to get unlucky once for your life to be ruined.
