Hel is the realm of the dead in nordic mythology. The Bible uses loanwords, hell and hades are both loanwords in the bible, i believe in some passages the word that they replace with hel is Gehenna (en.wikipedia.org) gehenna was a valley where everyone dumped their unwanted rubbish and burned it. Kikes would sacrifice children to moloch there. So unless you are a nordic pagan hel doesnt exist. A lot of what we envision as hell comes from the concepts of the nordic hel, the greek hades and a lot of imagery from paradise lost.

Most Christian ideas about Hell come from Dante's Inferno and Milton's Paradise Lost. The Bible mentions a lake of fire but only as a place where the body of the Great Beast is disposed of, people (or their souls) don't get chucked into it.
