I agree, I was just winding you up. It's part of a general cultural trend towards making white adults afraid of adulthood and replacing parenthood with owning pets. It's quite sinister.

Yep. I saw a post the other day about a woman who was given her baby socks and hood by her mother who had hoped they would end up on a grandchild. She put them on her pet dog instead and was very proud of her wit. It was so sad.

I do kinda baby the dog. But i draw the line at being called a dog mom. That’s just repulsive.
