Yeah, it's definitely not starving and not eating a balanced diet. Pretty funny looking in a good way, like a Chris Farley look. Watching it waddle around being jealous or annoyed would be completely hilarious as it grunted and showed frustration.

He's not fat, they have a barrel type chest and narrower waist. The jowls is just the extra skin bunched up from the way he's standing.
