A bit off topic, but I was reading about “Watergate” the other day and all I could think was “So, what?”
By today’s standards Watergate wasn’t shit. TBH, even when I was growing up and people would talk about how bad Nixon was, I never understood it because I didn’t see what happened at Watergate as anything exceptional or any BFD. I just assumed that everyone cheated in politics.
