At this point I'm inclined to believe McAfee was a larper who used threats of exposing politicians as a deterrent from being arrested for trivial financial crimes. We know how easy it is to get information to sources like Wikileaks even for people in 3rd world dictatorships, and we're pretending an extremely rich tech-savvy guy couldn't easily disseminate a few gigs of documents incriminating key people? It's all bullshit. The guy was a big talker all his life.
