From the post: "The Berkshire Mall here used to get so crowded around the holidays that the owners hired police officers to manage the traffic that jammed roads leading to the parking lot. Teenagers in this upscale borough of Berks County flocked to the mall after school, gathering in the food court or around the two bubbling fountains. Pennsylvania native Taylor Swift shopped here in middle school. "

Their strategy has paid off. Namdar Realty in June reported a gross profit of $86.7 million, a nearly 8% increase from the same month last year, according to securities filings with the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, where the company’s bonds trade under the name Namco Realty.

Of course it’s jews opportunistically taking advantage of downtrodden businesses and pissing off the locals.

Pretty much. Swoop in when its CHEAP then buy up as much as possible.. they don't want to sell for re-development because they WANT the area to keep going to shit so they can buy even more of the local area/land then when things start to turn around they can make massive profits on selling it then. They are willing to hold onto it for decades.
