We gave our consent by not watering the Tree of Liberty with the blood of tyrants and patriots.

That’s the the about voting that rankles me. It is giving consent to some asshole pos after asshole pos to do harm against yourself with no recourse. I cannot think of a single politician my entire life who hasn’t taken a swing or two with an axe at the Tree of Liberty.

I hope they remembered to include ranching and dairy farming. One can't starve properly without the removal of all the food groups...

Constitutionally, yes. All treaties and accords, and international agreements, require passage as any other law and that they cannot conflict with the constitution else they are void.

This is why we were never legally in the Paris Accords. This is why Biden pushing us back in is illegal. It has no legal standing.
