Sec. Galvin attempted to sic the state securities office on Robinhood for failure of fiduciary duty but Robinhood sued Galvin (head of the securities) for governmental overreach and lost that part of the lawsuit which has been continued until later to address some other issues. I imagine those issues will fail too. Galvin doesn’t want to allow Robinhood to rain down virtual confetti on its users or to allow just any ole body to make trades. (Aside from that, this Galvin character appears to have cheated his way back in to office again and again for almost 20 years.)
