It's Russia's word, vs the UN's. I remember seeing the first time Russia called for a UN meeting to present their findings and everyone at the UN automatically disregarded their findings as fake. The media only presented the UN's version of the story and remained silent afterwards. Even though much of the blame is pointing at Biden, it's in fact DARPA that is really behind the tech and the push of the vaccines and the surveillance platform that came with it. Biden doesn't rule America, he just gets to play in it. Our country has been taken over by top people in the Military with global interests. They don't give a fuck about anyone. Remember when General Mark Miley penned a letter with other members of the Chiefs of Staff before Trump left office saying the military will not go along with the Commander in Chief's requests any longer? Essentially declaring a coup. That's what's really going on here.
