Forget about the industrial way of doing things, it's not suited, it's suited for commerce in a functioning world. You no longer have pesticides for instance, so I would say, raiders are somehow the least of your concerns in that context, you aren't going to be able to run a gigantic farm, forget about it
If you can handle a modest garden to provide for 1 to 3 persons, that's already fucking great
