Since EPROMS/ROMS/SRAM in old DIP formats are hard to get and not made anymore, this guy used some tiny RPi microncontroller boards to emulate them, with the same footprint so they just plug in normally. He sells them as well. It's pretty wild that $2 microcontrollers are fast enough to emulate hardware like RAM.
