Vice did a mini-docu that you can find on youtube on 3d printing guns. It is a few years old and there have been huge advances since then but it is pretty interesting.
Also, yes. The language is kind of faggoty and he acts like "this is the end of the world" at the end saying "more guns like this than ever in the hands of someone like Luigi". Its an article intended for shock value and to make libs scream "OMG THE GUNS"!
