Well to overly simplify the regulations, its kind of like this. The 80% receiver we offer is still not a firearm and never was according to the ATF. Their position is that by providing the jig, instruction, drill bits or other assistance that it falls under the "readily" portion of the regulations. So by selling the "not a firearm" 80% receiver with a jig which is also "not a firearm" or instructions that are also "not a firearm" it somehow becomes a firearm. Which makes about as much sense as pretty much anything in government but when Democrat politicians and bureaucrats come up with regulations concerning things they hate and do not understand there you go. Is this going to stop gun crime and violence.... nope. Was it ever intended to, probably not.... But here we are.
