Its been said here, you cant get any more heat out of a candle than it puts out. Period. You may think sitting near it makes it feel warmer but its the same amount of heat.

You cant make more btu's from a candle. Like I said you may think it feels warmer and you are redirecting the heat from going straight up to the ceiling. But you arent getting more heat.
