Does anyone here have something like this? (USCCA) If so, do you think it is worth it?

USCCA is a gigantic scam and a ripoff. They have so many exclusions to get out of paying. There is a guy on YT that takes a deep dive into it. Check out Heavy Duty Country.

I have AOR. Attorneys on Retainer. No bullshit exclusions. They are not insurance. They are lawyers.

It's really important to do your homework if you carry.

Same here, I switched to AOR after I found out about USCCA not representing legit cases.

They have the most bullshit out too, if you're arrested and charged with a crime they don't pay. Think Daniel Penny.

I also like that they are just like a couple real dudes. I've spoken with them on the phone and they seem pretty cool.

My bf has been considering it. The ghettos have been moving in and he is armed at all times. I'll remind him about it and see if he has done anything yet.

Update - texted him. He signed up with Attorneys on Retainer.

Many people switched to attorneys on retainer following the debacle between USCCA and Kayla Giles. Even most gun related channels on youtube stopped promoting them.

I had USCCA for something like 8 years and decided to switch to AOR after looking into their program.

USCCA has a ton of training videos if your into that, but otherwise its a scam and I would suggest you look at Attorneys on Retainer. They have a lot of videos on youtube where they break down contracts with of the other similar carry programs, as well as their own contract. They also share their thoughts on high profile self defense shootings and they have an interview with Massad Ayoob (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massad_Ayoob), who is regarded by many to be the most renowned self defense expert witness.

I think AOR is a no-brainer for blanket protection. Its probably best as well to have a local pro 2A criminal defense attorney who knows all of the judges and prosecutors in your home county, but depending on where you live such an attorney may be difficult to find. If you travel, a local attorney likely won't be any help.

The AOR program is relatively new, but for the time being seems to be miles beyond the competition.

I keep telling people to stop taking the WHOLE collection with them when they boat. It's better to lose one than all of them o.0
