Read cases out of CA, Oregon, NY, etc. There are numerous cases where shit like even the caliber of the weapon involved became a factor in the judge/jury decision. As I said at the end, I'd rather use buckshot. And I do not claim bird shot is an effective weapon. My only point is that if your in a major city, and use a gun to defend yourself, you stand a better chance in court rather than trying to explain a dead nigger. George Floyd would never have become a big deal of he didn't die from the OD. A live nigger carries less weight than a goodified one.
