So... You are saying by making auditions (interviews too) "blind" that non-Whites and non-Asians fail even worse? It's almost if its MERIT BASED.

They want to eliminate White supremacy, which everyone thinks or assumes they (jews) mean the act of saying "Whites are superior" when it's really the fact that Aryan Whites are superior, and they want to eliminate anything that proves that fact.

Those were some great orchestras. When you remove any bias, and only pay attention to sound, you get the best sound. There is a bias of "going easier on women" and after, it wouldn't be uncommon to have all male players.
