This plane was built 15 years ago. Boeing hasn’t touched it since then. That’s like blaming ford because your car fucks up after you didn’t change your oil for 50,000 miles.
It SHOULD have been touched before then and if it has not. That is DIE at work. Many of these orgs outsource their maintenance to boeing staff. Some have certified staff of their own.. but that has all gone to shit too. It does not have to be boeing but even the orgs using them.
DEI/DIE is just a new name for affirmative action. Its been around for a long time.. It's just getting far, far, worse.
For sure. All of them should have been. Cost cutting and nigger hires are ruining the airlines. I was only pointing out that Boeing isn’t at fault on many of these.
Between the diversity hire mechanics, cheap repair jobs, dei pilots, and illegal Muslim immigrants all over the airports, fuck the entire industry.
Maintenance isn’t outsourced to Boeing, though. The airlines own the repair hangars, much like they own the food service companies. That’s how they show they make so little; they’re too busy paying themselves
It is ruining everything. We stopped giving grades/promotions/jobs/etc based on merit a long time ago.. It was a slow burn at first but with a huge amount of the older generation that not only has knowledge but also wisdom retiring before the younger (unqualified hires) coming on..
In the early mid 90's to 2000's they started giving "participation" awards/trophies to those that lost... You did not win, why did you get a award? Because of "Equity". Because it would "harm their self-esteem". IT SHOULD. YOU DID NOT WIN. YOU DO NOT GET AN AWARD. Do. Not. Award. Failure.
This is a controlled collapse. This does not need to happen. This is a result of "Equity" not "Equality". Equality is based on skill, merit, etc. Equity is the opposite.
The western world is quickly turning into the 3rd world because "dumb unqualified people should get paid well and have jobs that they never could obtain without all standards being ignored".
This is what kills countries/civilizations.
