Boeing is right there with Ford and GM. Shit American products built by lazy, incompetent workers who got there based on DIE or corrupt unions.
Did labor unions ever truly protect and uphold the pride of their craft? They sure don't any longer.
I think they did up until the 1970s. Cars up to that point were fairly solid. You almost never see cars from the 1980s on that is older than 8 years old. A few cars like 90s Ford Tauras and Crown Vic but those were built to be bulletproof for the most part. 1980 is when Toyotas and Hondas started hitting the market and could comply with CAFE standards easily. The 1980s is also when deregulation happened across all industries and allowed the culture of "fuck you, we're the only game in town" viewpoint toward the customers until the dot coms came along and then lawfare started when startups like vonage showed up to fuck with AT&T, for example. Now it's consolidation and DIE policies. If customers had real choices DIE wouldn't exist and products wouldn't be built with planned obsolescence in mind.
This plane was built 15 years ago. Boeing hasn’t touched it since then. That’s like blaming ford because your car fucks up after you didn’t change your oil for 50,000 miles.
It SHOULD have been touched before then and if it has not. That is DIE at work. Many of these orgs outsource their maintenance to boeing staff. Some have certified staff of their own.. but that has all gone to shit too. It does not have to be boeing but even the orgs using them.
DEI/DIE is just a new name for affirmative action. Its been around for a long time.. It's just getting far, far, worse.
For sure. All of them should have been. Cost cutting and nigger hires are ruining the airlines. I was only pointing out that Boeing isn’t at fault on many of these.
Between the diversity hire mechanics, cheap repair jobs, dei pilots, and illegal Muslim immigrants all over the airports, fuck the entire industry.
Maintenance isn’t outsourced to Boeing, though. The airlines own the repair hangars, much like they own the food service companies. That’s how they show they make so little; they’re too busy paying themselves
