If ordering pizza cleaned out my bank account I wouldn't order pizza... I can't imagine what her credit rating must be that she clearly has none at all.

What a story, aye ... even had she gotten the dang pizza, what was she gonna feed those kids for days? Ration it ... with teenagers.

Ramen was a much better fit for her budget. One dollars worth of Ramen can feed four people. The bonus is that it's better than Dominoes pizza.

Idk, that thin crust is pretty darn good.

Her credit must be crap. Even if something happened where my bank account was cleared out, I have 10s of thousands of dollars of unsecured lines of credit. I'm pretty sure I could find a way to get some damn groceries...lol. It's amazing to me how poorly these people manage their money. And it's not like I'm rich. If you pay your bills on time and don't over extend yourself, anyone can have good credit.

The mom of three, ages 5, 13 and 15, said the nearly $50 pizza order had left her only $9 to live on for the next two days.

So instead of buying 50 dollars worth of groceries which would last much longer, she orders pizza.

This is why some people are perpetually poor. Idiots.

You got that straight. Like I said earlier ... how she's expect $48 worth of pizza would last three days with her and three kids, two of them teens, is beyond me.

I'm willing to bet some of that was for soda too.

Chicken, vegetables, crockpot. Shit I just fed her family for a week + at a fraction of the cost. I've got enough left over for fruit and rice to stretch the meat and vegetables. If we wanna get fancy I bet I could afford eggs... lol. Cheap as fuck and take minutes to cook. At least your kids can afford that field trip or you know whatever unexpected things that randomly pop up in life that require some of your saved income.

I'll never understand this mentality. If you don't have money then you can't afford to be lazy and spend money. Takes me 5 minutes to toss shit in the crockpot on a sunday. Set it... Forget it... Refrigerate when it has cooked and cooled. Lunch all week long. After getting to the point of stability in my life this is all I do still. Learned habits that save me money.

You're 100% right.

I have to laugh when I see the argument that it is expensive to eat healthy. No it isn't, it only takes some forethought and preparation. These lazy idiots can't do that, they'd rather waste their money on fast food.

My staple breakfast is oatmeal with peanut butter powder, super cheap sustenance. Sure the PB powder is a little pricey but the jar lasts a long time, so it really isn't.

Interesting article. Once again, the brilliance of the single female headed household shines through. Three children, no father or husband mentioned. I have no sympathy for stupid on this scale. If the stupid slut wanted to make sure her children were fed regularly and consistently, she might've done them a better service by finding a good father to help her raise them when she started squirting out her vaginal turds.
