Looking at Minneapolis, you'd think the black population is much higher than 6.4%.
Thankfully, the rest of the state is mostly white as far as I can tell through my personal experience has been limited to Duluth, Two Harbors, and Ely. I'd be curious how these stats would look if you removed Minneapolis from them.
