NYC doesn't mix hispanics and Whites
Actually.....yeah it does. I was the network Admin for the BATFE for ten years. I had a high enough SC to see some neat shit. It IS true that they do indeed classify "Hispanikks" as "white" in any documentation that becomes part of the NYC Crime stats. I actually SAW this happen.

Then they are lying. Their report says they classify Blacks, Hispanics, and Whites. They lump black hispanics and white hispanics into one group.
