It's already happening that large retailers are leaving high crime areas. Their business model doesn't work where there's a lot of low IQ/ low trust niggers. Now you end up with a doom loop as more retailers leave and crime goes up. Ultimately, you end up with only street vendors selling stuff on a blanket. Their anti-shop lifting system is a gun or knife.
If I was in charge of a large retail corporation, I would simply close all the unprofitable locations. Simple solution. Locations would only be in areas where crime was at very low levels.

You'd have to explain that to shareholders, most of whom are a liberal/moderate bent. A graphic showing revenue & return loss due to high crime would be the 《racist》 way to explain
