Two Dollar General stores, one on East 55th Street and the other on East 116th Street, bear signs on the front doors saying only two people are allowed in at a time.
Unfortunately, the extra measures aren’t working. In fact, just before 19 News arrived at the location on East 55th Street, it was robbed.
“We had poles on carts as well, and people would just take the carts and break the poles,” said Chisholm.
