My guess is it’s mostly blacks and mexicans doing this.

These would be very easy to solve if you eliminate the police and let people solve the problem on its own. The police system and judicial system is beyond repair. Eliminate it and allow the individual to police their communities.

You can not call Cal. and their towns, 'US' towns' because Cal. is a liberal/communist wasteland and civilization/laws have been gone for years.
