Crime and woke hiring at the post offices themselves.

I quit sending checks for bills years ago and opened a special account to pay them. You want a paper check? Go fuck yourself, grandpa. You won't get it even if I were to mail one.

You simply cannot trust it. I was watching some "popular" youtube channel the other day and they did a "ride along" with a group that steals checks from the mail, washes them and then steals everything they can.

Those people should be in jail for decades and apparently our "justice system" can't find them or jail them but a random youtube guy can find them and film with them IN THEIR OWN NEIGHBORHOOD. The collapse is intentional. Otherwise, fucks like that would be in jail or [redacted].

Yeah, I don't understand the desire to send paper instruments around these days. I guess there are some places that won't do ACH, but even the stodgy old city government here started doing ACH a few years back, and that was my last paper check.

They don't want to find them. It's a federal offense to mess with the mail, the federal government has the right to override local laws and prosecute the thieves - but they don't want to because they'd be called a bad name for interfering with Tyrone and him jus wantin skoo.
