There is nothing fucking historic about this. He committed a felony with filling out the forum to buy the gun. I don't see how this is "historic". We all know how this ends though. Somehow not guilt on all charges or jury nullification or something.

There is a two tier justice system. We are the ones that have to follow rules/laws or get life in jail. They can do whatever they want and at worst get a slap on the wrist like a month of probation.
