Situational awareness is mandatory for everyone. And keeping a wallet in ones back pocket is not a good idea, unless it's chained to your belt trucker style.

It depends on where you live but this guy is in Portland (for the wallet) You should ALWYS have strong situational awareness. Being in Portland you should just expect everyone to be a criminal, degenerate or both.
