My guess would be a road rage incident with niggers.
It is a little odd though.
Typically blacks attack people on foot. Running them off the road and shooting into a vehicle is outside what usually happens.

I thought pajeets only worked in the call center scams, fake tech or taxi industries? I guess lately, food delivery on their e-scooters and e-bikes which they use with impunity ignoring all driving rules too. If I was a cop I'd sit at street sides and ticket all of these idiots running red lights and stop signs on their faggot electrical bikes and scooters that don't require a license with their annoying cube backpacks and turbans.
